Hi, I’m Louise.

Starting therapy can be daunting, especially if you've never done it before or if you're meeting with a new therapist after being comfortable with a previous therapist. Despite therapy becoming so mainstream, you might still have hesitations about whether it can help you. I meet with my clients for a consultation to explain what therapy will entail and ensure we're a good fit, both personality-wise, and to see if therapy is something that can improve their lives.

I work with people 18+ who are struggling with interpersonal relationship issues, self-esteem issues, stress management and life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. I work with couples looking to feel more connected in their relationship and navigate challenges.
