The relationship you’ve always wanted is achievable.

Whether you’re in a relationship and having the same issues pop up on repeat, or single with a relationship history that’s left you feeling hopeless, a meaningful relationship can be in your future.

Sound familiar?

  • I want to enjoy my life to the fullest with my partner but things keep getting in the way, it’s like we can’t catch a break

  • My partner and I just aren’t hearing each other - We keep having the same arguments and can’t seem to work it out for good

  • When I look back at my relationship history there’s a lot I’m not proud of. I’m not sure if I’m the problem or if I’ve just dated all the wrong people

  • I feel so anxious that something is going wrong on dates and I don’t have the slightest clue how to change it

  • I know my trauma history is impacting my relationship but I am at a total loss over what to do about it.

You deserve to move through life with someone at your side who sees you for who you are and is excited to go on life’s journey with you (a journey where the only baggage you’ll bring are the actual bags you packed).

Achieve the loving, healthy partnership you always wanted.

Hi, I’m Louise.

I’m a therapist, but I’m also a human being who knows how messy relationships can be and is familiar with all the different factors that can get in the way of healthy relationships.

Before a career switch into mental health, I worked in corporate America, lived in Brooklyn, had some messy relationships, and learned a lot about myself and how people operate.

I went back to school for Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and today I work with people who are struggling in relationships.

I know what it’s like to feel like your past relationship baggage (either with a partner or a primary caregiver) is traveling with you to your present. Or to go around and around in circles with a partner and not make progress. Or to be uncertain if the person you are with is the right person for you.

I work with individuals who want to feel great in their relationships. If you’re feeling frustrated, anxious, or hurt that your relationships are not what you want them to be, together we will explore your history and figure out how it is impacting your present relationship or relationship patterns.

You deserve to experience relationships without feeling like you’re walking on eggshells.

Therapy might be right for you if:

  1. You feel stuck in your relationship or in relationship patterns.

  2. You’re worried your past relationship baggage has come into your new relationship.

  3. Worries about the past or the future are keeping you from being fully present in your relationship and life in general

  4. You and your partner keep having the same arguments and can’t seem to work it out for good.
