Meet Your Therapist
Hi, I’m Louise Lumia, LMHC
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, which is why I begin the process with a consultation to make sure it feels like a good fit to move forward. I offer individual and couples therapy for young adults and adults. I work with people navigating relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, and trauma. I also work with couples who want to deepen their connection or navigate life’s stressors.
My approach is holistic and collaborative. Together, we’ll look at the many buckets of your life—emotional, cognitive, physical, social, and more —to identify where things might be feeling off and where we can move forward in a new, sustainable direction.
I'm available for individual or couples therapy for $120 a session and I accept BCBS insurance plans. I am currently in the process of credentialing with Harvard Pilgrim, Optum, and Aetna, and will be able to accept those in the near future. I can temporarily work with clients via a sliding scale payment before using insurance. Email me to set up a free initial consultation.

As often as needed to reach your goals. Therapy is most effective when consistent. This might be once a week to start with an eventual decline in frequency.
